Amortization calculator - An amortization calculator is used to determine the periodic payment amount due on a loan (typically a mortgage), based on the amortization process.
Amortization schedule - An amortization schedule is a table detailing each periodic payment on a loan (typically a mortgage), as generated by an amortization calculator. Amortization schedules are calculated so that each periodic payment for the entirety of the loan is equal, making the repayment process somewhat simpler under amortization than with other models.
Negative amortization - In finance, negative amortization, also known as NegAmMort, is an amortization method in which the borrower pays back less than the full amount of interest owed to the lender each month. The shorted amount is then added to the total amount owed to the lender.
EBITDA - In accounting and finance, EBITDA «ee-bid-dah» stands for "Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization" (sometimes named OIBDA for operating income before depreciation and amortization). Which as the name suggests is earnings excluding expenses from depreciation, amortization, interest, and taxes (earnings + ITDA), in the order they usually appear on the income statement, up to down.
